At ELWEMA, we are proud to work for our customers all around the world! Our new project as a supplier of a production line for a German OEM motorbike manufacturer in Thailand is a great example of this.
We supply cleaning systems, press-fit systems, leak testing stations and systems for engine final assembly, as well as the complete steel construction including. Together with our local partner in Thailand, we installed the equipment and are now working on the reconstruction. Our team from ELWEMA is on site and is working hard to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

ELWEMA’s best-known machine in engine manufacturing is the assembly machine for valve seat inserts and valve guides. This machine is integrated into cylinder head production lines for lorry and passenger car engines. In the last 25 years, we have supplied more than 210 machines to customers in Europe, America, Asia and South America.
ELWEMA was the first company to develop a standardised assembly machine for valve seat inserts and valve guides in which a robot positions the component and assembles the valve seat inserts and valve guides in a single, double or quadruple press spindle arrangement. Press-fit processes that are monitored by force-displacement control are carried out at ambient temperature or with nitrogen-cooled assemblies.
